The base rate covers the yacht and its crew as set in the contract. You should not assume that fuel, food, drinks, ports, taxes or a tip are included.

Give the dates, the duration, the number of guests, the cabins, the area, the type of boat and the pace you want. Also state the planned sailing, any events and special meals.
The partner should set out what is included, the APA asked for, the estimated VAT, how it is reconciled and the cancellation terms. Always ask for a written document before paying any funds.
